We had very specific criteria in searching for a home in Los Angeles and Ann was attentive in showing us listings that met those criteria. She also helped us get creative in our search, given the tight market in LA. Sellers and their agents are not always easy to work within a competitive market, but Ann managed the communications very well and was persistent when she needed to be to find us the right deal. Once we put an offer in, Ann was very organized and made sure we were aware of all the necessary steps, the timeline of events during escrow, documents and disclosures to be signed, and communications necessary with the lender, inspector, escrow officer, and seller. She planned the best route to look at the many houses so that I found what I needed the same day. When I was moving to Encino, Ann again worked with me on the short list of available homes and took the effort to come to Encino to personally show me the homes. As it was the case in Irvine, I was again able to select the home the same day. She and I later spent a lot of effort on finalizing the provisions of the rental agreement. To repeat, Ann combines many years of experience and great knowledge of the market with a very intelligent, pleasant and easygoing personality.
